WELCOME ABOARD THE IT’S MILLER TIME BOAT JACKSONVILLE!
Your exclusive adventure is just around the corner! Here is some helpful information to assure you and your guests are best prepared to have a great experience with us on the water.
JACKSONVILLE BOARDING LOCATION ADDRESS: Steps away from River and Post: (1000 RIVERSIDE AVENUE, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32204 UNITED STATES), is a dock. It’s where Post Street dead ends at the riverfront.
RIDE SHARE / DROP OFF: We highly recommend that you take an UBER, LYFT, TAXI so you can Celebrate Responsibly. If you need to drive and park, there is free parking in the lot leading to the dock.
TIME/DURATION: The boat outing is an estimated 2 to 3 hours long. Refer to your confirmation email for the date and time of your outing.
WHAT TO BRING: Check the weather! Sunscreen, Jacket, a great attitude and whatever you may want to drink or snack on. We recommend Miller Lite of course or any other product from the Molson Coors catalogue of brands.
PLEASE NOTE: We will provide coolers with ice for you to keep your beverages cold. We will also have complimentary bottled water available. PLEASE DO NOT BRING A COOLER.
WHAT NOT TO BRING: Red Wine, Hard Liquor, Glass, Coolers, Chairs, or dark soled shoes that may scuff up the boat. Please also don’t bring extra bags or anything that is not needed on the boat to conserve space. Smoking is not permitted on the boat.
BATHROOM: Though we DO have a clean portable toilet aboard the vessel, we highly recommend that you use the nearby facilities before boarding .
CREW: The It’s Miller Time Boat is operated by a Captain & First Mate to assure that the outings are facilitated in a safe and fun way. Please keep in mind that the captain is in charge of the vessel and outing at all times. By boarding the vessel you agree to follow all commands of the Captain & First Mate for the safety of you and your party. Inclement weather conditions may result in modifications to the boat's scheduled voyage and cancellation of the outing.
CAPACITY: Per Coast Guard regulation & capacity of our boat, we are only allowed to accommodate 6 guests (or 1,400 pounds, whichever is less) + our crew per outing. (This is non-negotiable, sorry!)
WAIVER: Upon arriving, you and every member of your party is required to complete and sign a Complete Release of Liability Boat Passenger Waiver. If you would like to review this in advance, just email us this request to info@thefoxhole.com.
CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER: If your outing is canceled in advance before arriving at the boat, we will make every attempt to reschedule your outing though it is not guaranteed. You will be notified as soon as possible should your outing need to be canceled for any reason.

Please note, the boat experience may end or be canceled at anytime at the discretion fo the Captain or First Mate. Please be courteous and respectful to our crew and those around you and let’s have a fun and safe time!
