Challenge
X‑Golf America provides the most accurate indoor golf experience at their over 100 locations in the US, and wanted to elevate brand recognition on a national scale. We needed to create an activation that could seamlessly travel to high-profile destinations that not only showcases state‑of‑the‑art golf technology but also offers meaningful co‑branding opportunities for franchisees and sponsors.

Solution
Meet X‑Force One, a one‑of‑a‑kind mobile activation blending cutting‑edge engineering with experiential marketing. Debuting in 2024, this custom trailer brings the X‑Golf experience on the road, traveling across North America to world‑class event destinations. Once onsite, it unfolds to become a golf simulator of it’s very own.

The unit features a fully functioning sim, with smart TVs, a branded putting green, a half‑circle bar, two sales kiosks, and a live‑feed camera system for spectators to watch while they wait.

Impact
In its debut year, X‑Force One completed 17 activations across 6 states, generating thousands of impressions and driving brand visibility and franchise interest to new heights. Beyond showcasing X‑Golf’s innovation, it created valuable co‑branding opportunities and positioned the brand as a leader in mobile experiential marketing.

You know what they say, when inspiration strikes, it strikes! X-Force One was born from a sketch on a napkin scribbled in a moment of inspiration, and would evolve into a groundbreaking concept that re-defines the golf industry.

Before moving into production…

In partnership with Britten trailers, Foxhole Creative built the X-Force One trailer with specifications that allow it to travel, setup, and deploy in less than 3 hours. It was built to leave an impression while keeping the total footprint tradeshow friendly. When Deployed the total size of the unit is: 48’L x 25’W.
